The concept of perspective development of JSC “Rechitsa Textile” on 2011-2015 provides realization of some investment projects. Own and extra means will become financing sources of current projects.
The main investment project at the enterprise:
1. “Organization of home textile weaving and sewing manufacture” in Rechitsa.
The 3rd turn of building — reconstruction of preparatory and finishing manufacture — is planed while 2011-2015. The replacement of dying devices, capacity increase of reeling and warping equipment, introduction of finishing equipment into manufacture chain are planed to carry out while project realization. The acquisition and start-up of new equipment will allow to improve yarn preparation for weaving, to improve quality of finished goods, to raise working condition level.
Total value of the project: 8.8 mln.USD, including equipment cost — 5.3 mln.USD.
Form of participation for investor:
— joint venture forming on manufacture and finished products sales;
— commercial loan, leasing.
Time of recovery of outlay: 9 years.
2. Reconstruction of the boiler-house of an industrial site ¹ 1 in Vetka.
The replacement of outwear equipment by the new — installation of coppers on local kinds of fuel. The volume of replaced fuel makes 280 ton per year.
Total value of the investment makes about 0.150 mln.USD.

3. Manufacture of furniture fabrics at the industrial site ¹ 1 in Vetka.
A great amount of furniture fabrics is delivered to Belarus from abroad. It is planned to organize production of the above-stated assortment on modern weaving looms of Picanol "Gamma-max" type, what will allow to let out various assortment of jacquard furniture-tapestry materials of various drawings, interlacing, weaver's effects and characteristics. The given direction corresponds to a government program of import reduction.
Total value of the project: 2.5 mln.USD, including equipment cost — 1.4 mln.USD.
Form of participation for investor:
— joint venture forming on manufacture and finished products sales;
— commercial loan.
Time of recovery of outlay: 5 years.
4. Manufacture of individual means of hygiene at the affiliate ¹ 2 in Korma.
The project is a new direction of manufacture for the enterprise and is included in a government program on overcoming of consequences of the accident on Chernobyl atomic power station for 2011-2015 and for the period till 2020.
The purpose of the project is organization and development of import reducing manufactures of children's nappies in the territory of The Republic of Belarus.
There is no manufacturer in the country today who is engaged in production of given type of sanitary-and-hygienic means of disposable use.
Given production will be offered for entering into the list of import reducing products made by residents of The Republic of Belarus.
Project results:
— Increase in sales volume at the external and internal markets;
— Increase in manufacture volume due to creation of new production;
— Creation of additional workplaces;
— Creation of conditions for steady social and economic development in territory of radioactive pollution comparable or exceeding level of pure areas.
Total value of the project: 13.9 mln.USD, including equipment cost — 8.7 mln.USD.

— joint venture forming on manufacture and finished products sales;
— commercial loan.
Time of recovery of outlay: 5 years.
The experts of the enterprise study the possibilities of import reducing products in the following directions:
— production of flock and flock fabric;
— production of medical items;
— extension of the list of means of individual hygiene;
— Introduction of nanotechnology in the current manufacture for improvement of consumer properties, new qualities and characteristics of the products, expansion of sphere of their usage.
