The control system of a labour safety and industrial safety functions at the enterprise according to the requirements STB 18001-2009. Its certification is planned for 2011.
The main aims of the control system of a labour safety and industrial safety are:
— Preservation of workers` life and health during labour activity;
— Maintenance of safe operation of industrial objects, prevention of failures, a decrease of all possible damages from their consequences;
— Fulfillment of the legislation in the field of a labour and industrial safety.
The control system provides continuous management of all kinds of activity which are expressly or by implication directed on maintenance of a labour and industrial safety on manufacture.
The policy of labour and industrial safety is confirmed at JSC “Rechitsa Textile”.
The main aim of the policy is creation of healthy and safe working conditions for workers of a society by minimizing of the reasons of an industrial traumatism and professional diseases, failures and incidents on industrial objects, on how much it is proved and is practically realizable taking into account the character of activity of the company.
For making true all the aims, there are some tasks:
— Labour and industrial safety on manufacture — one of the main factors of social security of workers, their families and relatives;
— Fulfillment of the legislation in the field of a labour and industrial safety, maintenance of trouble-free operation of the industrial objects, healthy and safe working conditions;
— The prevention of failures, incidents, accidents, occupational diseases on manufacture;
— Creation of high level of labour safety on manufacture;
— Maintenance of due training, regular improvement of professional skills on safety issues;
— Organization of an effective control in the course of manufacture, the analysis and an estimation of a status of a labour and industrial safety, timely acceptance of correcting and administrative decisions;
— Regular informing on working conditions, industrial traumatism, breakdown susceptibility, professional disease, material and moral consequences;
— Protection of legitimate interests of workers in the field of a labour safety.
The plan of measures on industrial and fire safety, labour safety, improvement of working conditions on 2011-2015 is developed.
