JSC “Rechitsa Textile” concerns with the fourth class on emissions of polluting substances in atmospheric air with a sanitary-protective zone of 100 meters.
In 2010 the enterprise carried out the control of emissions of polluting substances in atmospheric air. According to the given control technological process of manufacture is studied and the source of emissions of harmful substances in atmosphere is defined.
Measures of its geometrical parameters, aerodynamic characteristics and concentration of harmful substances on each component are realized.
On the basis of the measures the volume of polluted air thrown out of a source, emissions of harmful substances in unit of time and total emissions for a year on each component is calculated.
It is established, that there are 33 sources of emissions of harmful substances operate at the enterprise.
The quantity of the polluting substances which are thrown out in atmospheric air by stationary sources of JSC “Rechitsa Textile” makes 5,16904 tons per year.
In 2010 the project of admissible emissions of polluting substances in atmospheric air is developed at the enterprise. The given project was developed on the base of the instruction about the admissible emissions of polluting substances in atmosphere. The instruction is confirmed by the decision of the Ministry of natural resources and preservations of the environment of The Republic of Belarus from 23 of July 2009 ¹ 43.
In 2011 JSC “Rechitsa textile” plans to develop and introduce environment control system on the base of STB ISO 14000.
The aims in the sphere of environment control system:
JSC “Rechitsa Textile” uses water from water pipe networks of KUP “Rechitsavodocanal”. The volume of water usage — 116 th.m3. The volume of water usage for other needs — 26 th.m3. Dump of sewage is made in a water drain network of KUP “Rechitsavodocanal, measuring devices are applied to account the water usage.
In 2010 the enterprise has developed and confirmed the instruction on the reference with production wastes. Calculation of quantity of a formed waste on the basis of specifications is made. The volume of production wastes (a waste of a yarn and a rag) makes 18 tons a year.
For further use waste is on sale to other enterprises and the organizations.
